Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the information below carefully before requesting a return or exchange.

Our products are shipped directly from international fulfillment centers, including warehouses located in China. Because of this logistics structure, returns to the original shipping country are not possible.

Size Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size and wish to exchange your item, please note:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Returned items must be sent to our designated return address in Brazil, not to China.

  • Shipping costs, customs fees, and any additional charges are non-refundable.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we may offer:

    • A replacement item in the requested size or

    • Store credit (when applicable)

Please contact our support team before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases of:

  • Defective products

  • Damaged items upon arrival

  • Incorrect items sent

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, with clear photo or video evidence.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Delays caused by customs, carriers, or holiday seasons.
